Voice recognition with actionscript 3.0 and AIR


Who could have thought a little animation client from Macromedia would have a unbelievable future. The flash platform yet amazes users with the forthcoming ideas and technology advances by adobe each month or so.
Via bytearray.org we can see how Didier Brun gives us a taste of what is coming to us in flash future. Voice recognition is one of the key factors in user interactions. Currently it will be available to only AIR platform. But i believe Adobe must be working out on getting this into a next version of the flash api for the browser as well. Meanwhile we can only rest and imagine :)
